The Sierra Vista County Board of Supervisors is the governing body of the County of Sierra Vista, composed of five supervisors elected by district to four-year staggered terms. The Board adopts the county's $320 million annual budget, sets policy for county operations, enacts ordinances governing unincorporated areas, and provides oversight of approximately 2,800 county employees across 25 departments. Regular meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays at 9:00 AM in the Board Chambers at 1000 Sierra Vista Blvd. The Board also serves as the governing board of several special districts and joint powers authorities. All meetings comply with the California Brown Act.
