Margaret Caldwell

Chair Margaret Caldwell has served on the Sierra Vista County Board of Supervisors since 2019, representing District 1, which covers the northern portion of the county including the cities of Pine Creek and Summit. A former county planning director with 22 years of public service, she holds an M.A. in Public Policy from the Goldman School at UC Berkeley. Chair Caldwell leads the board's efforts on land use, housing affordability, and regional water policy. She serves on the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) Housing Committee.
