Frank Dominguez

Frank Dominguez chairs the Transportation Commission. He is a retired Caltrans district director who oversaw highway and transit projects across the Central Coast for 15 years. Dominguez holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine and is a registered Professional Engineer. He leads the Commission's work on the county's long-range transportation plan, road maintenance priorities, and public transit improvements connecting rural communities to employment centers.
