Paul Okonkwo

Paul Okonkwo has served on the Planning Commission since 2024. He is an urban planner with the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments, specializing in housing policy and regional growth management. Okonkwo holds a Master of City Planning from MIT. He brings a regional perspective to the Commission and advocates for housing strategies that address the county's affordability challenges while maintaining community character.
