Gloria Rinaldi

Gloria Rinaldi serves as Vice Chair of the Planning Commission. She is an environmental consultant and principal of Rinaldi Environmental Services, with 20 years of experience in CEQA compliance, biological assessments, and natural resource management. Rinaldi earned her M.S. in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University. She provides critical expertise on environmental review and helps ensure the county's development decisions protect sensitive habitats and natural resources.
